Sales Assistant Bicycle Recruitment internship (m/f/d)

With over 20 years of market experience, we connect bike start-ups with suitable investors, recruit suitable employees for bicycle companies looking for personnel and help bike businesses to find suitable joint venture partners.

As we are currently scaling our business, we have the opportunity for an open minded and hands-on person to coordinate sales & lead management activities:

Sales Assistant Bicycle Recruitment internship (m/f/d)

Palma de Mallorca (onsite) – 20-30 hours/week

Your tasks

·Organize the sales activities and the deals pipeline of BikeBusinessHUB within its relevant services Recruitment, Investment & Partnerships including all email communication with potential clients.

·Set-up calls with potential clients & candidates for the BikeBusinessHUB founder

·Arrange the communication of the BikeBusinessHUB Linkedin Page and the personal Linkedin inbox of the founder.

·Support and development of our internal lead management / sales processes and tools

·Administrative support in the management of recruitment projects in all relevant aspects of communication with clients and candidates.

·Hands-on operational support to daily activities, events and urging topics within the growing BikeBusinessHUB sales & recruitment team.

Your Profile: 

  • German mother tongue or C1 Level German written & spoken, English C1, other languages like Spanish, french welcome.
  • Some work experience in a similar position such as a sales assistant or personal assistant.
  • You are a people person & you love to connect people.
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills.
  • Experience in the use of a CRM software and use of Linkedin.
  • Capacity to memorize names & communicate with many people at the same time.
  • You are interested in human resources.
  • You have a doer mentality and you are a rapid thinker.
  • Emotional connection to cycling & sustainable transport is desirable.
  • Start-up experience is desirable but not a must.
  • Ideally you live in Palma de Mallorca or have access to housing in the area
