As we are currently scaling our business, we have the opportunity for an open minded and hands-on person to coordinate sales & lead management activities:
Sales & Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)
Palma de Mallorca (onsite/hybrid ) – full time/part time
Your tasks
·Organize the sales activities and the deals pipeline of BikeBusinessHUB within its relevant services Recruitment, Investment & Partnerships including all email communication with potential clients.
·be in close contact with our Head of Recruitment & the BBH founder to coordinate potential leads and candidates
·Set-up calls with potential clients & candidates for the BikeBusinessHUB founder
·Arrange the communication of the BikeBusinessHUB Linkedin Page and the personal Linkedin inbox of the founder.
·Support and development of our internal lead management / sales processes and tools
-assist in the project management of the investor & partnership search projects of BBH
·Administrative support in the management of recruitment projects in all relevant aspects of communication with clients and candidates.
·Hands-on operational support to daily activities, events and urging topics within the growing BikeBusinessHUB sales & recruitment team.
