International Service Development Manager (m/w/d)

With their focus on delivering sustainable e-bikes systems and components for the future, they need the right person to ensure their continued growth by developing and providing best in class customer service solutions within the EU and UK. Our Client is looking for an International Service Development Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. 

Your Tasks

  • Development, control and proactive participation in process and customer service optimization of the global customer service network
  • Responsible for defined departments with constant development potential
  • Management of internal and external service centers on an international basis
  • Creation of information documents for the worldwide organization for the area of customer support
  • Customer interface support
  • Learning practical service work and selective application of practical experience in the case of high order intake or absences
  • Coordinating, processing and monitoring administrative tasks in the area of customer support

Your Profile

  • Completed basic technical training, e.g. Two-wheeler mechanic/two-wheeler mechatronics technician or similar
  • Practice-oriented technical or business management training is an advantage (e.g. industrial engineer)
  • Several years of professional experience in the bicycle industry
  • Profound knowledge of e-bike technology
  • Experienced handling of MS Office products.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, good knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
  • Flexible and motivated personality with strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Creative and willing to learn self-runner with number flair
  • Motivating and confident behaviour

  • High willingness to travel internationally
