Sales and Communications Coordinator (internship in Mallorca)

Your tasks:

Marketing and communications:

  • Organization and coordination of the very active LinkedIn account of BikeBusinessHub and its founder Till Kraemer;
    • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing messenger channels
    • Coordinate all contact requests online and ensure all new contacts are included in BBH contact database
    • Ensure regular posts of interesting content
    • Ensure all appropriate incoming communication reaches the colleagues and founder of BBH where their interaction is required
  • Setting up and building out of further social media accounts for BikeBusinessHUB;
    • Xing
    • Instagram
  • Setting up and building out of a regular BikeBusinessHUB newsletter
    • Gather and create interesting content
    • Create and maintain customer´s email database 
    • Ensure regular distribution
  • Coordinate and maintain all content of the website
    • Control and ensure SEO is optimized
    • Keep al BBH posts databases up to date (joboffers, partnership offers, reviews)
  • Facilitate and project manage (virtual) promotion events like conferences, talks, fairs
    • Create and promote events calendar
    • Create and organize events content and materials
  • Ensure all calendars of all BBH colleagues are in sync with communicated contact moments and events.
  • Create and coordinate local press and media communications

Sales development:

  • Support the definition and setup of the BBH sales pipeline processes;
    • Definition of lead management and consultancy process
    • Definition of end-to-end recruitment process
    • Definition of end-to-end partnerships process
  • Facilitate and setup of the internal processes in the BBH lead management IT tool;
    • Setup of different lead and services pipelines
    • Fill pipelines with appropriate lead information
    • Document and train the Tool processes to new/starting colleagues
  • Facilitate and setup of internal working templates, questionnaires, and contracts within the end-2-end sales processes
  • Detail and coordinate the “first contact” / sales lead communications;
    • Create communications / email templates
    • Coordinate first incoming customer contacts and ensure information reaches appropriate BBH lead manager
  • Setup and maintain the BBH contact / customers database 
  • Create and coordinate an internal document and knowledge management process (contract management, communication protocols, lessons learned)

Your Profile:

  • European Union citizen 
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of German
  • Can-do attitude
  • International mindset with cultural adaptiveness
  • Capable of working in different group / project dynamics
  • Proven interest in international marketing and business communications 
  • Proven interest in one form or other in biking and mobility solutions
