E-Bike Mechanics in the Noord Holland Area (m/f/d)
As the company is building a new workshop team, they are hiring junior, senior, and team lead mechanics.
As an E-Bike Mechanic, you will play a key role in refurbishing and repairing second-life e-bikes to the highest technical and safety standards. You will work within an established workshop environment inside a modern, well-organized warehouse easily reachable by public transport. Together with your colleagues, you’ll help create a smooth, efficient process that brings high-quality refurbished bikes back onto the roads.
Your responsibilities include:
Performing diagnostics, repairs, and full refurbishments of e-bikes
Ensuring maintenance processes follow strict quality and safety standards
Following structured workflows and established procedures
Collaborating with fellow mechanics, workshop leads, and operations teams
Identifying technical issues and proposing process improvements
Keeping your workstation organized and maintaining tools/equipment in top condition
What you bring:
Experience as a bike mechanic, e-bike technician, or another technical repair role
Strong understanding of bike mechanics; e-bike knowledge is a plus
Accurate, safe, and efficient working style
Hands-on mindset with problem-solving ability
Reliability and team spirit, especially in a fast-growing environment
Good level of English or Dutch
