Como Country Manager Spain (m/f/d), serás responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial en España junto con el Sales Manager Southern Europe. Tu enfoque estará en las ventas de campo, el desarrollo de socios y la ejecución operativa, con una fuerte presencia en ruta. Este rol consiste en construir el mercado de la forma correcta: identificar socios adecuados, posicionar un concepto premium y personalizado, y generar visibilidad en regiones clave, grandes ciudades y zonas turísticas.

The brand stands for quality and long-term dealer relationships, a concept that requires explanation, presence, and trust-building in the Spanish market.
As Country Manager Spain (m/f/d), you are responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy in Spain together with the Sales Manager Southern Europe. Your focus is on field sales, partner development, and operational execution, with a strong presence on the road.
This role is about building the market the right way: identifying suitable partners, positioning a premium and custom-made concept, and creating visibility in key regions, cities, and tourism hotspots.
Your responsibilities
Develop and grow the Spanish dealer network with a strong focus on quality over quantity
Identify and onboard suitable retail and tourism partners in major cities and key regions
Spend 4–5 days per week on the road visiting partners, prospects, and events
Represent the brand at relevant trade shows and industry events in Spain
Work closely with inside sales to ensure smooth order handling
Contribute to and implement the Spanish market strategy together with the Sales Manager Southern Europe
Monitor market feedback, competitor activity, and regional differences across Spain
Your profile
Proven experience in field sales within the bicycle industry
Existing network in the Spanish bike, mobility, or tourism-related retail environment
Strong hands-on mentality with a clear drive to build and develop a market
Operational mindset with the ability to turn strategy into daily actions
High willingness to travel and manage a geographically large territory
Fluent Spanish and English
Passion for bikes and an understanding of premium products and consultative selling
