Für den Aufbau eines neuen Werkstatt-Teams im Großraum Stuttgart suchen wir E-Bike Mechaniker:innen auf verschiedenen Leveln – Junior, Senior und (zukünftige) Team Leads.

Deine Aufgaben
- Diagnose, Reparaturen und vollständige Aufbereitung (Refurbishment) von E-Bikes
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Arbeiten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen
- Selbstständiges Troubleshooting bei mechanischen und elektrischen Problemen
- Arbeiten nach definierten Prozessen und Abläufen
- Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz sicherstellen
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Mechaniker:innen und internen Teams
Zusätzliche Aufgaben (Senior / Team Lead Profile)
- Du bist technische Ansprechperson für Kolleg:innen
- Du unterstützt beim Onboarding und Coaching von Junior Mechaniker:innen
- Du hilfst bei Tagesplanung und Aufgabenverteilung im Team
- Du bringst Ideen ein, um Qualität, Effizienz und Prozesse weiter zu verbessern
Was du mitbringst
- Erfahrung als Fahrrad- oder E-Bike Mechaniker:in (Junior bis Senior)
- Sehr gutes mechanisches Verständnis, E-Bike Elektronik ist ein Plus
- Strukturierte, genaue und sichere Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Spaß daran, Probleme zu lösen
- Du fühlst dich wohl in einem wachsenden, strukturierten Umfeld
- Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse

For the setup of a new workshop team in the greater Stuttgart area, we are looking for e-bike mechanics at different levels – junior, senior, and (future) team leads.

Your tasks
- Diagnosis, repairs, and full refurbishment of e-bikes
- Ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards
- Independent troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems
- Working according to defined processes and procedures
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety at the workplace
- Collaboration with other mechanics and internal teams
Additional tasks (senior / team lead profiles)
- You are a technical point of contact for colleagues
- You support the onboarding and coaching of junior mechanics
- You help with daily planning and task distribution within the team
- You contribute ideas to further improve quality, efficiency, and processes
What you bring
- Experience as a bicycle or e-bike mechanic (junior to senior)
- Very good mechanical understanding, e-bike electronics are a plus
- Structured, precise, and safe way of working
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in solving problems
- You feel comfortable in a growing, structured environment
- German or English skills
