We’re looking for a freelance recruiter based in the Benelux region to join our international team and support ongoing recruitment projects in the bike and mobility industry. You’ll take ownership of searches across The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, focusing mainly on commercial, operational, and leadership roles. Your work will directly support the growth of some of the most exciting brands in the sector.
Your Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in the Benelux market (from briefing to offer stage)
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Conduct initial interviews and present qualified shortlists to clients
Communicate with hiring managers and keep processes running smoothly
Support with writing job descriptions and employer branding content
Maintain accurate candidate and project data in our CRM / ATS system
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally with regional focus on Benelux
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken & written); French is a plus
Familiarity with the cycling, outdoor, or mobility sector is a strong advantage
Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple searches independently
