BikeBusinessHUB is the knowledge driven matchmaking consultancy in the European active mobility sector. We help cycling businesses recruit top tier talent & connect to suitable investors in order to drive sustainable growth and overcome market challenges. With over 25 years of expertise, we specialize in investment and recruitment services, that foster strategic win-win-win collaborations. Through our newest project, MallorcaCyclingHUB, we are bridging the gap between our successful international services and the thriving local bike business community on the island of Mallorca.
We are looking for a motivated, friendly and well-organised person to join our team for 15-20 hours weekly. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting and executing various recruitment tasks that strengthen our position in the active mobility industry. Your responsibilities will include the following.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential candidates from job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and internal databases.
- Creating and posting job ads targeting the German-speaking market on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Screening resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Actively reaching out to passive candidates who may not have applied but fit the desired profile.
- Maintaining and updating a database of German-speaking candidates, tracking their progress in the recruitment pipeline.
- Reaching out to candidates to confirm interest, availability, and language proficiency for roles requiring German.
- Conducting preliminary assessments to ensure candidates meet essential language, technical, and cultural fit for the roles.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English. Spanish or French are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for cycling, active mobility or the outdoors is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to work independently as well as cooperating with the team.
- Familiar with Outlook, MS Office, CRM or similar software.
- First experience in office Management, receptionist or HR/Recruitment knowledge.
