You are the connector between investors, innovators, and the cycling industry — coordinating funding projects, building lasting relationships, and structuring business opportunities that drive sustainable growth across the European bike market and for Mallorca.
Job Description
Investment Search Projects
- Manage and track the investment lead pipeline for projects seeking funding.
- Evaluate the maturity and investor readiness of projects together with our investment team.
- Coordinate investment search projects and connect suitable investors to opportunities.
- Reach out to and maintain communication with investors in our network.
- Proactively expand the investor base and keep them updated on new opportunities.
- Act as the main contact person for clients requesting funding support
- Coordinate internal team communication, team meetings and action points regarding projects in the investment lead pipeline.
Mallorca Cycling HUB (MCH)
- Manage and track the lead pipeline of businesses expanding to or from Mallorca.
- Serve as the key contact for bike businesses and institutions in Mallorca and the Balearic Islands.
- Promote and coordinate the MallorcaCyclingHUB project, organize events and networking activities related to Mallorca Cycling HUB and Business on a Bike.
- Oversee social media and communications for MallorcaCyclingHUB.
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business or a related field preferred.
(Equivalent experience in investment coordination, business development, or project management will also be considered.)
- Experience in investment coordination, business development, or project management..
- Ability to evaluate projects, manage pipelines, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with international investors, local partners and team members.
- Proven project management and organizational capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, project management and social media tools, capable to work with Office 365.
- Confident in event planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; German or any other European language is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and passionate about cycling, sustainability, and innovation.
