OEM Account Manager Europe (remote)

As the OEM Account Manager Europe, you are responsible for managing and nurturing key relationships by understanding the clients’ needs, delivering excellent customer satisfaction and ensuring that the company's products align with the clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand network and win new OEM clients.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth targets for key accounts.
  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving company’s sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to overall revenue forecasting.
  • Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an account manager, within the bike industry.
  • Previous experience in the tyre industry is advantageous but not critical.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
  • You are open to travel.
  • Have a good network within the OEM cycling industry.
  • You are ambitious and driver with a hands-on attitude. 
  • A team player.
  • You understand client needs, objectives and expectations; therefore, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
