DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Zusammen mit dem Projektmanager, koordinierst du alle erforderlichen Maßnahmen für die Markteinführung der Entwicklungsprojekte in kreativen und agilen SCRUM-Phasen.
- Du sicherst die Einhaltung von Produktionsstandards, Qualitätsstandards , Termine und Umsetzung deiner Projekte.
- Du unterstützt Ingenieure/innen dabei, ihre Projekte und Fähigkeiten durch deine Kenntnisse zu verbessern.
- Bei den Lieferanten und an den Montagestandorten, unterstützt du die Produktionsabläufe. Auch international.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle mit dem Product Management, Brand Management und der Produktions- und Montagestandorte.
DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeug- oder Elektrotechnik, Produktdesign oder ähnliches.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung von Fahrrädern, Integration von E-Systemkomponenten oder vergleichbarem.
- Kenntnisse in Fahrradmechanik und -technologie.
- Relevante Erfahrung mit Aluminium-Fertigungsprozessen, Design und Konstruktion von Bauteilen in 3D; idealerweise mit SolidWorks.
- Kinematik- und Geometrie-Auslegungen sowie FEM-Simulationen und FMEA-Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen liegen dir gut.
- Du bist analytisch, agil, hands-on und proaktive mit einem Mindset zur konstanten Verbesserung.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams.
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
- Leidenschaft fürs Radfahren.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Together with the project manager, you coordinate all necessary measures for the market launch of development projects in creative and agile SCRUM phases.
- You ensure compliance with production standards, quality standards, deadlines, and the implementation of your projects.
- You support engineers in improving their projects and skills through your knowledge.
- You support production processes at suppliers and assembly sites, both nationally and internationally.
- You act as the interface with Product Management, Brand Management, and production and assembly sites.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle or electrical engineering, product design, or similar.
- Several years of experience in bicycle product development, integration of e-system components, or similar.
- Knowledge of bicycle mechanics and technology.
- Relevant experience with aluminium manufacturing processes, design, and 3D component construction; preferably with SolidWorks.
- You are proficient in kinematics and geometry designs, as well as FEM simulations and FMEA quality assurance measures.
- You are analytical, agile, hands-on, and proactive with a mindset for constant improvement.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in international teams.
- Fluent in English and German (or at least some knowledge).
- Passion for cycling.
