Senior E-Bike Mechanics / (Aspiring) Team Leads in the Greater Flemish Region (m/f/d)
This role strengthens an already established workshop team located within the Brussels–Antwerp Corridor. The warehouse is well-organized, structured, and equipped to handle high volumes of refurbished e-bikes. As the team continues to expand, they are looking for experienced professionals who bring technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to support or lead other mechanics.
Your responsibilities include:
Conducting advanced diagnostics, repairs, and full refurbishments of e-bikes
Ensuring all work meets strict safety and quality standards
Acting as a technical reference point for colleagues
Collaborating with operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth processes
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues independently
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Key responsibilites for the Team Lead Role:
Guiding and coaching junior mechanics; supporting onboarding of new team members
Leading daily workflow, distributing tasks, and overseeing workshop productivity
What you bring:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in bike or e-bike mechanics
Strong expertise in mechanical and (ideally) electrical repair of e-bikes
Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality work
Structured working style with strong attention to safety and efficiency
A problem-solving attitude and hands-on mindset
Ability to work well within a growing and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in either English, Dutch, or French
