Our client specializes in high-quality ebikes designed for modern urban commuting. With a strong emphasis on sleek aesthetics and everyday practicality, they have rapidly expanded their presence across multiple countries and are now looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) in Brussels to run their store and join the growing team and brand.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service: greet customers, offer sales assistance with bikes and accessories, understand their cycling preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Keep the store presentable and assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Process payments (cash, credit cards, checks…)
- Create and update customer profiles.
- Document sales.
Your qualifications:
- First sales experience ideally in the bike, sports and/or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Customer orientated and willing to help and assist.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Basic mechanical skills for performing minor bike adjustments.
- Fluency in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
- Understanding of computer literacy and sales programs.
- Friendly, open and engaging attitude.
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong sales talent.
