A Cambridge-based micromobility company is developing a lightweight, foldable e-bike purpose-designed for urban commuting. The platform combines premium ride quality, intuitive folding, and high portability in a design optimised for daily city use and scalable production.
Built around patented folding geometry and a proprietary bonded-mechanical frame system, the bike delivers a significantly reduced weight and folded volume, fast and intuitive folding, and reliable real-world commuter range. The engineering approach prioritises performance, usability, and manufacturing efficiency.
With early market validation in place—including initial deliveries, strong customer feedback, industry recognition, and grant support—the company is preparing for European expansion. The seed round is nearing completion, with the final €100,000 now open ahead of wider EU rollout.
